Aluminum (689) grade 1, size 1-6 (adjustable) heavy-duty commercial door closer. The closer is tri-packed (regular arm, top jamb, or parallel arm mounting) with adjustable backcheck, sweep speed, latching speed, and delayed action, and a plastic cover is included. It is certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1, is UL/CUL Listed and carries a UL 10C 3-hour fire rating. The closer features a cast iron body with a forged steel arm, a double heat-treated rack and pinion, full needle bearings, and anti-freeze and fire-proof fluid.
